Shipping policy
- For All Purchases please allow 2-5 business days to process your order prior to shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping prices are calculated using product weight, number of items purchased, distance the package needs to travel, and by carrier.
- The estimated shipping time begins once your order has finished processing and varies by location of the packages final arrival.
- Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will get an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
- Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update.
- Holly Ann Artworks is not responsible for any LOST, DAMAGED, or STOLEN packages.
- Holly Ann Artworks is not responsible for any delays due to Shipping disruptions.
- Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at HollyAnnArtworks@gmail.com in addition to submitting a claim through the shipping company used.
- If you purchased an item and did not mean to, you have until the shipping confirmation email is sent to cancel your order. We do not allow cancellations after the customer was notified that their item(s) have been shipped.
